Join us for a fun, recreational-level 3v3 basketball league designed for adults of all skill levels. Teams of 3 to 5 players will compete in a friendly, fast-paced environment during a 6-week regular season, finishing with an exciting single-elimination tournament during the final week.

League Details

• Dates: January 12 – February 23
• Days: Mondays
• Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Location: Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center Gym
• Roster: Minimum 3 players, maximum 5 players per team
• Ages: 18 and older
• Game Format: 30-minute running clock or first to 21 points
• Scoring: 1s and 2s
• Fouls: Call-your-own fouls
• Score Tracking: Teams will be given a scorecard to track their scores and return to on-site staff
• Staff Responsibilities: Staff will keep track of time and sportsmanship

Tournament

• Single-elimination tournament in the final week
• Seedings based on regular season record

Sportsmanship & Rules

• All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for all participants.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior includes arguing with staff, inappropriate language, trash-talking, physical altercations, or any actions that disrupt the game or enjoyment of others.
• Staff will address any concerns immediately and ensure the league remains fun and safe for everyone.
• Possible actions for repeated unsportsmanlike behavior:
  1. First offense: friendly verbal warning from staff
  2. Second offense: removal from the current game
  3. Third offense: removal from the league if necessary

Additional Information

• Teams are guaranteed one game per week
• Check-in begins 15 minutes before the first game of the night
