Camps & Challenges

The mission of the Healthy in the Heights Fitness Camp is to provide opportunities to patrons and community members for better health, fitness, community, and connection. We will accomplish our mission by providing group and personalized coaching from personal trainers, dietitian-guided nutrition info, healthy habit tracking, group interaction, and health and wellness education.  Sessions are typically 8-10 weeks and cost $160 - $200 per session.
