Rates

Rates: Pre-Registration is recommended!

Pre-Pay Rate (CHRC Member): $5/session
Pre-Pay Rate (Non-CHRC Member): $6/session
Walk-on Rate: $8/session (session availability pending)
Coaches - $12/coach/session; If you are training players specific to your organization, or you're otherwise being paid to train players, you must pay this rate per session; a parent/guardian of a skater that is simply practicing with their child may register as a normal skater for these sessions.

Refunds and Credits

REFUNDS/CREDITS:
- Skaters who wish to cancel their session reservation may do so through their online account, and will receive 100% credit if done more than 2 hours in advance of the session start time.
- Any reservation cancellation less than 2 hours prior to session start must be emailed to preston@cottonwoodheights.com and CANNOT be done online.Notice of cancellation provided to CHRC within 24 hours or less will result in a 50% credit and must be received PRIOR to the session start time.
- No refunds/credits will be given for cancellation requests received after the start of the respective session.
CHANGING YOUR REGISTRATION
- Changes to session registration can be done online through the registration portal. Skaters are responsible for making their own session changes.
- Changes/cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will 50% credit only.
